Return to the Stage and give the Movie Clip ΓÇÿflashlight llΓÇÖ the Instance Name ΓÇÿlight2ΓÇÖ. Create a new Layer called ΓÇÿDrag ActionΓÇÖ and place it above all other Layers. Double click the first Keyframe to open the Frame Properties Menu. Select the Actions tab and select the ΓÇÿDrag Movie ClipΓÇÖ action in the + pop-up menu. Select the Target /light2 and Constrain the Drag Action.
Select ΓÇÿLock mouse to centreΓÇÖ. To prevent the Flash Movie to play any following frames place the Action ΓÇÿStopΓÇÖ. Click ΓÇÿOKΓÇÖ and the Drag Action is ready
